Welcome to Connected Beginnings!
My name is Vonyee Howard.
My passion is advocacy and delivery of health and wellness education. As a CHW, I am committed to educating, training and preparing CHW professionals to deliver services that address social determinants of health and promote positive health outcomes in our communities.

My Doula clients receive CHW services as a bonus! I recognize the importance of building trusting relationships with my clients, as well as with CHW peers and community organizations.

I have an extensive, diverse and rich background in health care, public health and human services. I've worked alongside and supported many other professional roles including doctors, nurses, social workers and mental health professionals for more than 25 years.
